A demanding workday makes the comforts of home matter even more: a satisfying meal, a well-kept room and someone who listens when something needs attention. That understanding shapes the way we run Xion 16.
Our owner previously worked at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and understands the routines, pressures and expectations of working professionals. We bring that perspective to resident care, while welcoming students with the same attention to their everyday needs.

Xion 16 is owner-operated. With fewer rental pressures than a tenant-operated setup, we have greater flexibility to put resources into the things that make a stay better: food, service and maintenance. We take a long-term view and strive to maintain these essentials with care and consistency.

We see improvement as an ongoing journey. Residents’ suggestions help us refresh menus, refine our service and improve the living environment. We listen, learn from everyday experience and work on practical changes that make life here more comfortable.

We use AI-assisted tools and modern digital systems to organise resident service records and track maintenance requests and complaints. This helps our team follow up on issues, monitor progress and give each concern the attention it deserves.
Residents can speak with our on-site team for assistance and enquiries. Our in-house plumber and electrician help resolve maintenance issues, while dedicated dining staff serve meals and assist residents at mealtimes.
